Our aim is to enhance the quality of life for deaf persons with complex needs by offering the
opportunity for meaningful day-to-day experiences building on each individual's strengths and
interests, as well as meeting the common needs of the group.
Clients in this program may be developmentally delayed, physically challenged or have complex
medical issues in addition to deafness. They can be either an adult or a senior citizen.
In each case, we consider their interests and abilities and design activities accordingly.
There is also a social component to the program.

Woodworking
Computing
Social activities
Sports
Planting
Adult learning activities
Packaging
Photocopying
Community living activities
Having fun
Admission Criteria:
1. Must be deaf or hard of hearing and have additional developmental delays,
physical challenges or complex medical issues.
2. Must be 18 years or older
Fees:
Funding is provided in part by the Ministry of Community and Social Services,
and is offered without charge.
