Preschool Programs at the Bob Rumball have blossomed recently from a single
program providing preschool for deaf children, and hearing children of deaf
families, to a number of services for both parents and preschool children,
deaf and hearing and from the community in general.
Happy Hands Preschool is our full day preschool program for deaf
and hearing children ages
2 1/2 to 5.
Ontario Early Years Centre for parents and their infant and preschool
aged children to encourage social interaction. Open to the community at large and
accommodating deaf parents.

for newly diagnosed children and their parents. Includes access to our Parent
Resource Centre and Toy Lending Library
