For individuals who are looking to connect to their community through meaningful experiences that promote their personal interests, skills, growth and development. All activities are delivered in American Sign Language. Monthly calendar activities are based on quality of life domains and match the goals identified by the individual. Program activities include; in-person group or individualized support, virtual and community activities.

Eligibility; For adults who reside in Toronto / Milton or surrounding areas, are at least 18 years of age and have a developmental disability (as defined by the Services and Supports to Promote the Social Inclusion of Persons with Developmental Disabilities Act, 2008). Referrals for funded vacancies are through Developmental Services Ontario.
If funded spots are at capacity. Waitlist is generated and possible option for fee for service for Passport recipients.
Some unique programming/vocational training options under CPS (Toronto Day Program);
Butterfly Cafe – The cafe is located in our BRCCED Toronto location. Open for business 2 days per week. The cafe provides training opportunities to participants who are interested to build on their job readiness and work experience in areas of; customer service, cafe server, food preparation, team work, inventory and money handling. The cafe is open to catering for small local meetings.
Print Shop – We provide and print shop training experience. Projects support Participants who have goals to learn print shop assistant skills. Print projects include; business cards, brochures, newsletters, calendars and other related jobs. Individuals collaborate monthly to produce a newsletter covering exciting developmental service events!
Woodshop – Our woodshop allows Participants to learn the basics of woodworking; learn about types of wood, following instructions, how to use tools safely. Options for group or individual projects.
