Hello to our valued students!
We have some unfortunate information to share. Due to increasing costs and low enrollment, we are cancelling the ASL Weekend Retreats at OCD.
For many years, we hosted very successful Fall and Winter or Spring retreats at the Ontario Camp of the Deaf. These were cancelled during COVID, and since that time, we have struggled with our enrollment numbers. Due to the low numbers, along with the impact of inflation, we had to make this difficult decision.
In place of the retreats, we will be organizing a variety of half and one day workshops on a variety of topics. Some will be in-person at different locations throughout Ontario, and others will be virtual.
We are still looking forward to hosting our annual ASL Adult Immersion Summer Camp in August. Please watch for more information coming in the next few weeks.
